Conditions of sale


All sales prices of the products present on the website, for which they constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 cc, are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, costs clearly visible during the order phase. If the shipping cost changes, the customer will be notified before sending the items. The customer can pay for the goods ordered using the payment services indicated online at the time of purchase:

  • With PAYPAL using your account.

SHIPPING will deliver the selected and ordered products to customers via the couriers indicated during the online purchase procedure. Delivery times will never exceed those provided for by the art. 54 Legislative Decree 206/2005. The delivery date is considered valid as the date relating to the first attempt by the courier to deliver the goods to the address (meaning the main entrance of the building and not the one giving access to the private home), even if the attempt is not successful due to the absence of the recipient or refusal of the goods.


The contribution for packaging and shipping costs for orders up to €39.00 is €4.99 per shipment with delivery within 1-2 working days (Bartolini or GLS courier).

For order amounts over €39.00 shipping costs are FREE.

INSURANCE: With current legal regulations, if the package is lost the courier will refund one euro per kg. If it was insured (€2.00 for any amount) you will receive a new shipment or a full refund of the amount spent.


We normally deliver within 24-48 hours of receiving payment so we ship the same day (if you pay by CREDIT CARD).


What happens when the package is regularly PROCESSED and SHIPPED on the same day?
If your order is regularly processed and shipped, you can request the link via email to access the convenient online tracking, with which you can follow the status of your shipment starting from the following day. In the vast majority of cases you will receive your package within the expected time frame and you will not run into any problems.

What happens if you live on a higher floor or in restricted traffic areas?
The courier is required to deliver to the floor. You are not obliged to collect the package on the ground floor of the building, and nothing is due to the courier for deliveries in pedestrian areas

What happens if the courier fails to deliver the package to you on the FIRST attempt?
If delivery is not made within 24/48 hours, it is likely that the address indicated is incorrect or incomplete, or the recipient is absent. Know that the courier is obliged to leave a passage notice, which indicates a telephone number to call to request a second passage.
Attention! If they ask you to pay additional costs for the second passage, please know that no additional payment requests can be made against you for a second passage. The courier has the obligation to deliver the package to you and must absolutely not offer you to go and collect the package at the branch, unless expressly requested by you during the order confirmation phase. Accept only if it seems like a convenient or useful solution to speed up delivery based on your requests. Couriers are in fact required to repeat the delivery. Under no circumstances can the courier leave the package outside the door or in the garden. At any time you can still call the relevant branch assigned to you, as indicated in the parcel tracking, and ask for explanations.

What happens if the package goes "in storage" after the SECOND delivery attempt?
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package goes into storage. We will then contact you ourselves to ask for information regarding the shipping address and whether the courier actually left the delivery notice. What the couriers say is not always true and sometimes they make up a lot of excuses to postpone the delivery.
If necessary we can agree with you to change the delivery address or postpone the delivery date.

IMPORTANT! Check the delivery address carefully when placing the order (pay attention to the postcode) and make sure that the courier always finds someone!

Upon receiving the package, check the existence of the adhesive tape with the guarantee seal, and the absence of any type of tampering. If the package has clearly been tampered with, invite the courier to check the contents with you (invite him because he is obliged and cannot refuse) and accept the package by signing WITH RESERVE (specifying the reasons on the delivery note and insert the REASONS or the description of the damage suffered by the package, having it noted by the courier).

After having listed your rights, here is WHAT NOT TO ASK and expect from the courier because they are not covered by our contract.
Delivery at a pre-arranged time: Even if when ordering you asked for delivery in a specific time slot, the courier can come in the morning or afternoon at their discretion, but not at a fixed time. In case you manage to agree with them on a passage time, know that this is not part of their service anyway.
Telephone contact: the courier is not required to call you before making a delivery, except to get directions to reach the destination. You can predict delivery after we have provided you with tracking to call the courier branch to get the estimated delivery time.


The prices of the products in the Bologna shop can be significantly different, if when placing the order you choose to go and collect it at the point of sale, there will be no gift package nor packaging: the goods will be delivered simply. All items added to the point of sale will not have the price of the online sale but that of the store

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL respects the rules on the right of withdrawal contained in the articles. 64/67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (consumer code).
In case of withdrawal, the package must be delivered to our office: Mediatoys srl - Via dei Tessitori, 109 - 40050 Funo di Argelato - Block 18 Centergross - BO .
The withdrawal request can be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Following the return and verification of the integrity of the returned goods, Mediatoys srl will provide a refund by crediting the payment method chosen during the purchase or by bank transfer. Procedure that takes 2 to 5 working days.


The sales contract between the Customer and Mediatoys Srl is intended to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this sales contract, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the Court of Bologna.
